This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Pilates by Michele attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

PRIVATE SESSIONS IN-STUDIO/VIRTUAL

Mind & Body Connection

Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this session helps improve numerous aspects of your life including releasing stress and encouraging a deeper connection between your mind and body.  Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and sleep better.  This hour is entirely focused on you and targets all your goals and needs.

ABOUT MICHELE

The Journey

Michele has been a certified and practicing Pilates Instructor since 2008. The foundation of her practice combines the physical with an inner emotional & spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and awareness, she strives to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.

Michele is fully certified through PAI Pilates Institute of America (Pilates on Fifth) with over 12 years experience.  She is Pre & Post Natal certified and herself a mother of 3.  As a Cancer Survivor she understands the importance of movement and offers an incredible mentally and physically healing to others journey.  Michele was an accomplished Athlete who loves to bring her unique approach to Pilates.  Her style of teaching combines classical & modern Pilates with a dynamic athletic conditioning, leaving you energized and ready to take on Life.
